1. What threatens one´s figure?
Many people would like to lose weight and therefore keep taking up a diet of some sort. Ice cream, chocolate, sweet and cakes are delicious but at the same time, they contain buge amounts of calories.
2. Why do people cook less at home and how do people eat if they lack time?
People often like to eat deepfrozen or ready.made canned food which is easily heated up in the microwave oven. We can eat in fastfood restaurant and these meals can also be taken away.
3. What should one eat in order to stay healthy?
Preference should be given to lean meat, poultry, fish, cereals, fresh fruits and vegetables.It is advisable to cut down on sweets, fatty meat, dumplings and food rich is calories, to consume food rich in vitamins, minerals and ballast, herbal and fruit tea or fruit juice.
4. What is a healthy life style?
It is recommended to do sports on a regular basis, be active in the fresh air, pursue relaxing hobbies, have enought sleep and a healthy diet.
5. What do you start your day with?
A typical breakfast menu includes bread, rolls or croissants, butter, ham, salami, cheese, marmelade and honey. Popular drinks include tea, coffee, cocoa or fruit juice.
